Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.
3.1 One Account Per User. Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) active 298pkr account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 298pkr login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 298pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 Notification of Breach. If you become aware or suspect that your 298pkr Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 298pkr immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, 298pkr will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Changes to registered mobile numbers must be submitted through the Account verification process and will require re-confirmation of identity.
3.5 Minor Protection. You must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 298pkr account under any circumstances. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform through your devices.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 298pkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. Available methods are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the 298pkr platform is PKR 200, unless otherwise specified in connection with a particular promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold may be declined or reversed at our discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to accounts and payment methods that have been verified in accordance with our KYC procedures. 298pkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered to the Account holder.
4.4 Processing Times. 298pkr targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts. Processing times for bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may be longer depending on the receiving institution. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed minimums.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on 298pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 298pkr is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate losses incurred when funding an Account from non-PKR sources.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 298pkr operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable international regulations. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that we have reasonable grounds to believe may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Such cases may be reported to relevant authorities.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 298pkr are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These Terms provide the general framework; specific wagering requirements, qualifying games, and time limits are stated on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, 298pkr bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The platform's Bonus Centre displays real-time wagering progress for all active bonuses.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse any 298pkr promotion — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or prohibited game strategies — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 298pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or registered email address where reasonably practicable.
6.1 All bets placed on the 298pkr platform are final once confirmed. 298pkr will not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances described in clauses 6.2 and 6.3 below.
6.2 Void Bets. 298pkr reserves the right to void bets where: (a) the bet was placed on a market affected by a manifest error in pricing; (b) the underlying event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances covered by the applicable sports rules; (c) the bet was placed using funds obtained through Prohibited Conduct.
6.3 Manifest Errors. Where a clearly incorrect price, line, or result is published due to a technical or human error, 298pkr reserves the right to void all affected bets at the incorrect price. Manifest error voiding decisions are final and binding.
6.4 Cricket & PSL Markets. Specific cricket betting rules — including settlement rules for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, rain-interrupted matches, and over-reduction scenarios — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the 298pkr platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.5 Casino game outcomes at 298pkr are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 298pkr does not manipulate or alter any game outcome and is not responsible for outcomes arising from the operation of a certified RNG.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 298pkr platform. Engaging in any of the below activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences: Detection of Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Balance obtained through or during the prohibited activity), and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who feel their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of the Account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and prevent access to the Platform for the period selected.
8.4 Deposit & Loss Limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits through their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon saving and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
8.5 298pkr reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where we reasonably believe a user may be experiencing gambling-related harm, even in the absence of a user request.
9.1 All content on the 298pkr platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the property of 298pkr or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 298pkr content.
9.3 Unauthorised use of 298pkr intellectual property — including scraping, framing, or reproducing any part of the Platform — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 298pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 298pkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any risk associated with your use of the Platform.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 298pkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.4 In no event shall 298pkr's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their 298pkr account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 By 298pkr. 298pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) regulatory or legal requirements compel such action; (c) 298pkr has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes.
11.2 By the User. Users may request closure of their 298pkr account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to KYC compliance.
11.3 Upon termination of an Account for cause, 298pkr reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any Real Money Balance that was derived directly from the exploitation of Prohibited Conduct or bonus abuse.
12.1 298pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
12.2 Your continued use of the 298pkr Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
12.3 For material changes to these Terms that significantly affect User rights, 298pkr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email or mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 298pkr holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 298pkr Platform, you agree to first submit the dispute to 298pkr's internal complaints resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint.
13.3 298pkr will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by 298pkr's licensing authority.
13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances require it.
